Noodle is the food loved by many people and served in every culture around the world. It has been on out table for thousand of years. But where does it came from?

Noodle is the food with timeless values still favored by many serving every culture around the world. Noodle also has culinary values that are simple to make and easy to cook. The exhibition is inspired by a documentary, Noodle Road, and curiosity, it traces origin and history of noodles and follow the journey of noodles through the Silk Road to Italy to all over the world, how people cook and eat noodles and why noodle still popular today. The exhibition also offers interactive experiences for visitors to discover various types of noodle around the world and recipes from history.
